Nursing Dress, July 2001

Pattern: Elizabeth Lee Designs #204
Fabric: Rayon/poly blend from Hartsdale Fabrics, New York

I need advice: how to improve the fit of this dress the next time I make it. I'm definitely going to go down at least one size (I made a medium and it's clearly too big). I'm going to lower the sleeve caps so they aren't puffy. What else can I do?

(Forgive some of the odd expressions--I was using the remote control so I didn't always know when it was going to take the pic. And, I also learned that all dresses are more flattering from the back if you tuck the facing INSIDE the dress. :-) )
